With so many novels published in Canada every season, and so many big books this fall, it’s an honour to see Uncontrolled Flight on some must-read lists.
CBC Books included the novel in its 74 works of Canadian fiction to read this fall. 49th Shelf made it an editors’ pick for September 2023 and included it in a roundup of wildfire reading. And Zoomer magazine made my month by naming the book one of 13 novels to read in September, along with new work from Kate Atkinson, Lauren Groff, Stephen King, and Zadie Smith. Gotta like that company!
