My journey from hidden editor to published author was fraught with rejections and setbacks. It also, after a decade, resulted in a novel. And now, a couple of years later, two novels.
On August 24 (2:00–3:30pm), I’ll be at the New Westminster Public Library to share what I’ve learned about publishing, agents, marketing, and the interplay of writing and editing. My hope is to help other writers build the knowledge and grit we all need to navigate the rocky terrain of publishing.
The talk is open to the public. Email [email protected] to register.
Can’t make it? I’m giving the same talk online on September 10 (3:00pm Pacific, 7:00pm Atlantic). Register through the Writers’ Federation of New Brunswick.
